Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using nodn.art ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
nodn.art is an AI-powered visual workflow platform for generating images, video, and audio. Users build node-based pipelines connecting large language models, image generators, video generators, and upscalers. The Service is operated by Risora Naturals, a sole proprietorship registered in Canada.
The Service offers two operating modes:
- BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) — Free to use. You supply your own third-party API keys (e.g., Fal.ai, OpenAI). API costs are billed directly by those providers.
- Managed Mode — Paid credits. You purchase credit packs from nodn.art and we handle all API calls on your behalf.
3. Accounts
Account registration and authentication are handled via Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. BYOK Mode
In BYOK mode, your third-party API keys are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. We do not store, transmit, or have access to your API keys on our servers. You are solely responsible for the security and usage of your own API keys.
5. Managed Mode & Credits
- 1 credit = $1.00 USD
- Credit packs are available at $10, $25, $50, and $100
- All credit purchases are one-time transactions (not subscriptions)
- Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account
- Credits do not expire
- Credits are consumed when you run AI generation tasks in Managed Mode
We may, from time to time, offer promotional or welcome bonus credits to new users at our sole discretion. Bonus credits are subject to the same usage terms as purchased credits and carry no cash value.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Creem. Prices are listed in USD. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Creem to charge the applicable amount for your credit purchase.
7. Refund Policy
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion for technical failures or billing errors. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or exploitative content
- Attempt to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense credits or access to the Service
- Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party APIs including Fal.ai, Kie.ai, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs. Your use of content generated through these services is subject to their respective terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you generate using the Service, subject to the terms and conditions of the underlying AI model providers. The nodn.art platform, brand, logo, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of Risora Naturals.
11. Content Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are not guaranteed for accuracy, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose. Results may vary between runs. Media URLs generated through Fal.ai are temporary and typically expire within approximately 24 hours.
12. Project Storage & Generated Media
Guest Users (No Account)
Projects are stored in your browser's localStorage. You may create up to 3 projects. This data persists across browser sessions but will be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. We have no access to localStorage data and cannot recover it on your behalf.
Signed-In Users
Projects are stored in our cloud database (Supabase). You may create up to 20 projects. Cloud projects persist across devices and browser sessions. Project data includes your workflow (nodes, edges, viewport), configuration settings, and references to generated media URLs.
Generated Media & URL Expiry
Images, videos, and audio are generated by third-party APIs (Fal.ai, Kie.ai, OpenAI, ElevenLabs) and hosted on their CDN infrastructure. We do not store generated media on our servers. Media URLs provided by Fal.ai are temporary and typically expire within approximately 24 hours. The Service displays a warning when your project contains assets approaching expiration. Once expired, media must be regenerated — we cannot restore expired URLs.
Export & Import
You may export your projects as downloadable ZIP bundles. Exported bundles include your workflow graph and a copy of all currently available media assets. This is the recommended way to preserve your work before media URLs expire. You may re-import bundles to restore a project, including re-uploading media assets to obtain fresh CDN URLs. Individual nodes may also be exported and shared as standalone bundles.
Export and import are provided on a best-effort basis. Assets that have already expired at the time of export cannot be included in the bundle. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from expired URLs, cleared browser storage, or failure to export projects in time.
13. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Risora Naturals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any unused credits remaining in a terminated account are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
