Refund Policy

1. Overview

All credit purchases on nodn.art are final and non-refundable. Credits are digital goods that are consumed as you use AI generation features on the platform.

2. Credit Purchases

  • 1 credit = $1.00 USD
  • Available packs: $10, $25, $50, and $100
  • All purchases are one-time transactions (not subscriptions)
  • Credits are consumed per AI generation task based on the model and parameters used

3. No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate consumption of AI generation resources, credits — whether used or unused — are non-refundable. Credits do not expire and remain available in your account until used.

Expired media URLs are not grounds for a refund. Generated images, videos, and audio are hosted by third-party providers (e.g., Fal.ai) and their URLs typically expire within approximately 24 hours. The platform displays expiration warnings and provides an export feature to download your assets before they expire. Failure to export or download media before URL expiry is not considered a technical failure on our part.

4. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credit adjustments in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failures — Credits were deducted but no output was generated due to a verifiable error on our platform (e.g., a server crash or processing failure before any third-party API was called)
  • Duplicate charges — You were charged more than once for the same purchase
  • Payment processing errors — An incorrect amount was charged due to a system error

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for an exception, email us at support@nodn.art with:

  • Your order ID or transaction reference
  • A description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the original payment method through Creem.

7. BYOK Mode

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) mode is free to use. Any API costs incurred through your own third-party API keys (Fal.ai, OpenAI, etc.) are between you and the respective provider. nodn.art is not responsible for charges on your third-party accounts.
